The order arrived earlier this week.

We are extremely pleased with the quality and quick turnaround. We will definitely be using KustomKoozies for our future koozie orders.

Hi Nancy,
I just wanted to let you know that I received my order and this time is is correct.  I realize this letter won’t make the testimonial list, but I want you to know that DESPITE having a problem with my original order (which you corrected immediately when you realized the two orders were reversed and mailed to the wrong Bailey’s) and the second order which was printed in the wrong color, I commend Kustom Koozies for making it right and taking immediate action.  It is a refreshing to see in this day and age.
I will recommend Kustom Koozies in the future.
